Help Cal-IPC prepare for the 2023 Symposium!

We want YOUR stories to help inform our workshop, “Considering field safety through an equity lens.” Add to our discussion on safety for those who may be at higher risk for harassment or danger because of their identity/identities when doing research or other work in the field. We will facilitate collaborative discussion with participants to brainstorm ways to improve field safety protocols and strategies for minimizing risk for themselves, their colleagues, and/or their organizations.

Please share anonymous examples of moments when you experienced or observed identity prejudice on the job. (Leave out any characteristics or names that could identify individuals). We also want to know how you, your team, or your organization are working to ensure field safety for all. Thank you for sharing your story with us!
